Philosophy: Authentically and genuinely expressing the caste Alvarinho in a terroir of excellence.
Source: In the sub-region Monção and Melgaço are found the grapes that give rise to this wine. Coming from vineyards with granite soil on the mid-slope, the continental climate prevails, influenced by Serra D’Arga.
Vinification: Manual harvest in 20Kg boxes. Reception with total destemming, crushing, followed by pressing. Cold decanting for 2 days at a temperature of 10ºC, fermentation in stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature of 16ºC. Aging in stainless steel on fine lees for 5 months.
Bottling Date: May 2021.
Tasting Note: Light straw yellow color with greenish tinges. Very exuberant aroma, especially apricot and lychees that captivate in the olfactory part. On the palate it is fresh and creamy in a balanced set of long and mineral finish.
