Origin: Grapes from old vineyards in the Mirandês Plateau, situated at more than 600 meters of altitude, schist soils predominance, across different expositions.
Grape Varieties: Old vines, with a predominance of Marufo, Bastardo and Tinta Gorda.
Vinification: Manual harvest in boxes of 20Kg. Reception with partial destemming and smooth crushing. Fermentation with indigenous yeasts in stainless steel vats, without too much extraction.
Stage: 12 months in used Portuguese oak barrels.
Bottling Date: November 2019.
Tasting Note: Open ruby color. Delicate aroma with fresh red fruits in the first instance, expanding to a slight smoky character. On the palate, very fresh and light with well-adjusted acidity and tannins, long and mineral finish.
