Origin: Grapes from old vineyards in the Mirandês Plateau at an altitude over 600 meters, in schist soils with different exposures.
Grape Varieties: Old vines where Rabigato, Gouveio, Malvasia-Fina and Malvasia-Rei predominate.
Vinification: Reception with total destemming, followed by skin maceration for 24 hours. Soft pressing and fermentation in stainless steel vats without temperature control.
Stage: 18 months in very old French oak barrels.
Bottling Date: March 2019.
Tasting Note: Rich, complex aroma with notes of crystalized orange, beeswax, vanilla and white pepper. Complex and creamy palate, with several layers, with a salty finish.
