Philosophy: Expressing the purity of the grapes through irreverent winemaking techniques.
Origin: Grapes from old vines in Douro.
Grape Varieties: Field Blend, where Rabigato, Viosinho and Síria predominate.
Vinification: Manual harvest in 20Kg boxes. Reception with total destemming, crushing, followed by pressing. Cold decanting for 2 days at a temperature of 10ºC, fermentation in stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature of 17ºC.
Aging: Stainless steel, barrel and bottle.
Bottling Date: March 2023.
Tasting Note: Translucent orange color. Very complex aroma, with fruity notes indicative of peach at first scene, but it quickly reveals a mineral and floral part suggesting mountain flowers. On the palate, creaminess reigns, with noticeable fruit flavors, satiny touches and a dry and slightly tannic finish.
