Philosophy: Express the authenticity and purity of the Bairrada terroir, through artisanal methods of sparkling wine.
Origin: The vineyards are located on the best clay-limestone soils of Bairrada in the Ancas area.
Grape Varieties: 100% Baga.
Vinification: Total destemming, soft pneumatic pressing with alcoholic fermentation at 18ºC. Second bottle fermentation according to the traditional method.
Bottling Date: September 2017, degorgement after 12 months.
Stage: 36 months in bottle.
Tasting Note: Light salmon color. Fresh fruity aroma with strawberry and gooseberry in evidence. On the palate the bubble is thin and abundant, fresh and delicate flavors in a creamy and persistent finish.
