Philosophy: Express the authenticity and purity of the Bairrada terroir, through artisanal methods of sparkling wine.
Origin: The vineyards are located on the best clay-limestone soils of Bairrada in the Ancas area.
Grape Varieties: Bical, Arinto and Chardonnay.
Vinification: Total destemming, soft pneumatic pressing with alcoholic fermentation at 18oC. Second bottle fermentation according to the traditional method.
Bottling Date: September 2016, degorgement after 12 months.
Stage: 48 months in bottle.
Tasting Note: Gold bright color, it has a fresh nose with great intensity. A strong elegance witnessed by fruits such as green apple, pineapple and others. In the palate it is balanced and delicate, with fresh aromas and touches of dried fruits and chocolate cookies. The elegance of this wine attends the story of its terroir.
