Philosophy: To express in a single wine the richness of the terroirs of the region.

Source: In old vines aged over 60 years, located at an altitude of 500m in soils of granitic origin and shale/granite transition.

Castes: In Field Blend with a predominance of indigenous varieties from the Douro region.

Vinification: Manual harvest in 20Kg boxes. Reception with total destemming, crushing, followed by pressing with light skin contact. Fermentation in stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature of 17ºC.

Internship: 12 months in stainless steel on fine lees. 12 months in bottle.

Bottling Date: May 2020.

Tasting Note: Light salmon color. Complex aroma with citrus and vegetable notes with notes of evolution. On the palate a serious profile with an enveloping structure, fresh and balanced, with a mineral finish.
