Philosophy: To express the Alvarinho variety in an authentic and genuine way in a terroir of excellence.
Origin: In the sub-region Monção and Melgaço are found the grapes that give rise to this wine. Coming from vineyards with granite soil on a mid-slope in Melgaço, where the continental climate influenced by Serra D’Arga prevails.
Grape Varieties: Alvarinho.
Vinification: Manual harvest in 20Kg boxes. Reception with total destemming, crushing, followed by pressing. Cold decanting for 2 days at a temperature of 10ºC, fermentation in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 16ºC. Aging in stainless steel on fine lees for 5 months.
Bottling Date: June 2022.
Tasting Note: Light lemon yellow color. Delicate aroma, with citrus notes of lemon and grapefruit. In the mouth it is creamy, fresh with minerality from the granitic soils, with an interesting and balanced finish.
