Origin: Alijó Plateau, Douro.
Grape Varieties: 100% Moscatel Galego Branco.
Vinification: Manual harvest in boxes of 20 kg. Reception with total destemming, crushing, soft pneumatic pressing followed by cold maceration for 2 days at a temperature of 10ºC. Alcoholic fermentation at 15ºC in stainless steel vats, the fermentation ends in the bottle, resulting in carbon dioxide.
Aging: 10 months in bottle.
Bottling Date: September 2023.
Tasting Note: Cloudy yellow color. Characteristic aroma of the variety, but in a more citrusy nuance with touches of lemon zest. On the palate it is quite fresh, with crunchy acidity, abundant mousse at first, becoming soft and creamy in a citrusy set.
